Introducing the newest exhibition to our Gallery Wall, ‘Connections’ by Kinvara-based artist Lorraine Fletcher.

Lorraine Fletcher Irish Artist graduated from the University of Ulster, Belfast with a degree in Fine Art & Design 2002. After pursuing a career in the design field for many years she returned to painting and now works from her studio situated at The burren Nature Sanctuary, Kinvara, Galway following the dream. Inspired by Irish wildlife & with the use of vivid colour Lorraine’s paintings focus on the connections we share with each other but through the imagery of animals. The original paintings are acrylic on canvas, her distinctive style of work portrays bright and colourful subjects with grey backgrounds, and some copper and gold leaf embellishments. A range of limited edition prints are available and commissions are always welcome.. The first exhibition was held in Galway City Museum 2008 and since then she has exhibited in Ireland, UK and France. Artworks have been commissioned for CD album covers and promotional marketing all available to view on her website.
