Our monthly Fíon Focus is a delightful exploration into the world of wines. At Daróg, we are passionate advocates for Riesling, and to honour this esteemed grape, we've dedicated the entire month of May to celebrating it, coinciding with Blas na Bealtaine in collaboration with Blas Na Gaillimhe (A Taste of Galway).
