Veronique Rivest, one of the judges, praised Daróg for putting sustainability at the heart of everything we do. From a locally-driven menu to a focus on organic, biodynamic, and natural wines, our commitment to sustainability is clear and unwavering.

From farm to table, we proudly source locally-produced meat and vegetables, ensuring that every bite reflects the vibrant landscapes of our region. Our dedication extends to showcasing wines from small Artisan producers who adhere to sustainable practices, supporting both quality and environmental consciousness.

Our menus are printed on recycled paper derived from post-consumer waste, created with residual grape materials and powered entirely by 100% green energy sources.
